We believe in editors

narratiQ was born from a simple conviction: Good books deserve to be discovered. And editors deserve tools that help them do so.

Why we built narratiQ

The idea for narratiQ emerged from conversations with publishers. We kept hearing the same thing:

“We decide on manuscripts under time pressure – and the consequences occupy advance, editing, production and marketing for months.”

The problem isn't a lack of judgment. It's the thin information basis at the moment of decision: How much editing effort will it take? Which risks are hidden in the text? Does the title fit the list?

narratiQ is our answer: securing acquisition decisions earlier with a transparent information basis. Not as a replacement for human judgment – but as an amplifier for it.

Your editorial team – with a digital tailwind

No replacement. No automation of the decision.

narratiQ reads every submitted manuscript and delivers thorough analyses to your team – from a quick initial assessment to a comprehensive detailed analysis, in minutes instead of days. Genre classification. Style analysis. Structural evaluation. Market potential. All at a glance, so your editors know where a closer look is worthwhile.

What we stand for

Our values guide every decision we make

People before machines

Software is a tool, not an authority. The final decision on a manuscript always belongs to a human.

Data privacy is non-negotiable

Manuscripts are confidential. Period. We encrypt in transit and at rest, sign a data processing agreement with every publisher, and never use your data for the development of our software or the training of language models.

Honest communication

We don't promise what we can't deliver. narratiQ is good, but not perfect. And we say so.
